2. Product Availability & Custom Orders
We make every effort to display product details as accurately as possible. For customized gift hampers, minor product substitutions may be made (e.g., a chocolate bar flavor or flower color) depending on seasonal availability, ensuring equal or higher value.
3. Payments & Order Cancellations
Orders are only processed after successful payment verification. BlissBox Gifting reserves the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity, stock unavailability, or shipping errors. Curated/custom hampers cannot be cancelled once preparation begins.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, text, logos, custom box mockups, and photographs, is the exclusive intellectual property of BlissBox Gifting. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
5. Delivery Liability
We coordinate with premium logistics partners for deliveries. While we guarantee dispatch within promised timelines, BlissBox Gifting is not liable for unexpected delivery delays caused by bad weather, natural disasters, state-wide shutdowns, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions and any transactions completed through this website are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of your usage of the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana, India.
